Board of Adjustment

Board of Adjustment: The Board of Adjustment reviews appeals of the zoning and sign ordinances. A property owner may request an appeal due to special exceptions, differences in interpretation, or requirements that create a hardship for the property owner.

The Board consists of five members appointed by the Mayor, subject to Council approval.  Members serve three-year staggered terms.

The board meets as needed on the second Monday of the month at 5:30 pm at City Hall, 23 E 4th Street.
