The Board of Adjustment reviews appeals of the zoning and sign ordinances. A property owner may request an appeal due to special exceptions, differences in interpretation, or requirements that create a hardship for the property owner. The Board meets as needed on the second Monday of the month at 7:30 a.m. The five Board Members are appointed by the Mayor and serve three year staggered terms.
