Fireworks usage within the city limits of Atlantic, IA are allowable during the following hours: July 2nd, 3rd and 4th noon – 11:00 pm. New Year’s Eve starting at 6 p.m. and ending on New Year’s Day at 12:15 a.m. For the complete fireworks ordinance please reference chapter 41.13 of the City of Atlantic Ordinance.
