The Community Promotion Commission is responsible for overseeing the external promotion, advertising, and marketing of the City as a retail center and tourist location. The Commission consists of five members who are appointed by the City Council and serve three year terms. Meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month at 12:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 23 East 4th Street. Any Atlantic resident interested in serving on the Commission should contact the Mayor.
